This impactful conference brought together various stakeholders to discuss the implementation of miscarriage leave and its relevance in today’s workplaces. Held at The Xara Lodge in Rabat, the event focused on sensitizing employers, HR professionals, and the general public on this important policy.
Our team was tasked with:
- Coordinating invitations and RSVPs for all attendees, including distinguished guests, panelists, and media.
- Drafting the event run-through and managing the event agenda.
- Liaising with suppliers and venue staff to ensure seamless delivery of all services including AV, branding, catering, and stage setup.
- Supporting the event’s communications team to guarantee timely releases and promotional activity.
- Overseeing the event on the day to ensure all logistical elements were executed professionally and smoothly.

Premju Ħaddiem tas-Sena 2024 – The Westin Dragonara, St. Julian’s
The Premju Ħaddiem tas-Sena (Worker of the Year Awards) is a national ceremony recognising individuals who have shown exceptional dedication in their work and contributions to society. Under the patronage of Her Excellency, the President of Malta, the event celebrated workers from diverse sectors.
As the lead on logistics, our team’s responsibilities included:
- Managing the entire guest list and sending formal invitations to all attendees and dignitaries.
- Coordinating the event agenda and ensuring a structured run-through with all speakers and awardees.
- Liaising with event suppliers such as AV technicians, staging, florists, and media teams to guarantee all elements were delivered to a high professional standard.
- Working closely with protocol officers and Westin Dragonara staff to ensure correct seating, smooth transitions, and hospitality arrangements.
- Providing support throughout the event to address any immediate issues and ensure the ceremony ran efficiently.

HIV & Health Inclusion Roundtable – European Parliament, Brussels
This high-level roundtable brought together approximately 40 stakeholders to discuss Europe’s commitment to ending AIDS by 2030, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 3.3. The event emphasized the need for renewed political dedication and targeted policies to address the complex needs of people living with HIV, including combating stigma and supporting mental health.
Our team was tasked with:
- Coordinating invitations and RSVPs for all attendees, including policymakers, healthcare professionals, and civil society representatives.
- Booking meeting rooms within the European Parliament and ensuring compliance with institutional protocols.
- Developing the event agenda in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Preparing relevant media materials and coordinating with ViiV Healthcare, who supported the event and endorsed the consensus statement.

Achieving the EU’s Circular Economy Goals – European Parliament, Brussels
This stakeholder event focused on the implementation and challenges of the Beverage Container Refund Scheme (BCRS) across EU Member States. The discussion aimed to foster collaboration among policymakers, industry leaders, and environmental organizations to enhance recycling initiatives and reduce plastic waste in line with the EU’s circular economy objectives.
Our team was tasked with:
- Managing the invitation process for all participants, including MEPs, industry stakeholders, and NGOs.
- Securing appropriate venues within the European Parliament and coordinating logistical arrangements.
- Drafting the event agenda and facilitating discussions among stakeholders.
- Coordinating the setup of a small BCRS machine inside the Parliaments’ premises.
